Viviamo in una società in cui a tutti è stato più volte consigliato di seguire i propri sogni e che questi ultimi non dovevano essere semplici, ma grandi sogni. Che poi ci vengano forniti i mezzi e insegnato un giusto atteggiamento per perseguirli poco importa. Ma il problema più grande è piuttosto la mentalità che si genera dal voler far passare solo alcuni sogni come validi, cioè come degni di essere sognati. Per cui è giusto sognare di diventare famoso, ma non lo è sognare di diventare panettiere.
Ciò porta ad un atteggiamento per il quale tutti corrono verso la sommità della scala sociale, e questo avviene ad ogni costo fosse anche la perdita della dignità umana. Ma in cima non c'è posto per tutti: il frutto sarà una società frustrata e incattivita.
In una società corretta e realista tutti i sogni dovrebbero essere validati: ogni professione dovrebbe essere degna di essere sognata e perseguita e quindi trattata con il medesimo rispetto. In questa prospettiva sarebbe anche considerato corretto e non un'ingiustizia permettere l'accesso ad ogni singola professione soltanto a chi ne possegga le peculiari capacità.
Ingiusto è piuttosto spingere tutti verso l'alto sapendo che ci sarà posto solo per pochi. Ed è una menzogna sostenere che solo alcuni lavori siano dignitosi e degni di ammirazione.
Per poter realizzare questo obiettivo sarebbe inoltre necessario eliminare la differenza di salario in base alla professione praticata per inserirne una basata sulla quantità di ore lavorative e sulla qualità della performance. Che il premio di tanti anni passati sui libri a studiare per medici, avvocati, ecc, sia la possibilità di praticare la professione che si è sempre sognata e per la quale si è portati e non lauti guadagni.
Il frutto sarebbe una società un po' più giusta, felice, soddisfatta e anche produttiva.
Credo che sia giusto insegnare ai nostri figli che ogni lavoro sia degno di rispetto a patto che il lavoratore sia rispettato. La mentalità del mondo è frutto della mentalità delle singole persone e dell'insegnamento che trasmettono ai propri figli.
RispondiEliminaOvviamente ciascun genitore vorrebbe vedere il proprio figlio realizzato e benestante ed ecco il motivo per cui dalla generale accettazione della dignità di ogni lavoro (anche del più umile) si passa alla corsa verso la vetta.
Il problema di fondo è che il genitore dovrebbe aiutare il figlio alla realizzazione della propria felicità, a cercare ciò che è meglio per lui e non a realizzare i sogni non realizzati del genitore stesso.
Del resto non si può biasimare quel figlio che pur di sentirsi amato dal genitore realizza i suoi sogni più che i propri.
Perchè in realtà l'uomo ha una sola priorità, più o meno manifesta, più o meno coscientemente perseguita: essere amato.
La radice di tutti i disagi, i comportamenti a ph basso, i fallimenti e le frustrazioni è proprio la mancanza di amore.
Ciascun uomo può essere felice di avere quello che ha e di fare quello che fa nella misura in cui si sente amato e accolto dalle persone di riferimento.
Questo è l'essenziale "invisibile agli occhi" del quale è pericoloso scordarsi!
Che l'uomo sia nato per amare e per essere amato mi sembra evidente, è quindi certo che l'amore costituisce una componente fondamentale nella vita dell'uomo.
EliminaTuttavia ritengo che una persona può essere felice in ciò che fa, quindi nel suo lavoro, solo se tale attività gli permetta di mettere a frutto i propri talenti particolari e in una società in cui questa attività venga rispettata. La mancanza di uno di questi elementi genererebbe inevitabilmente una frustrazione lavorativa quotidiana.
Inoltre quando parlavo di consigli e di insegnamento non mi riferivo tanto a quelli dati dai genitori (che pur costituiscono una parte importante) quanto all'educazione e ai consigli che riceviamo dalla società attraverso la scuola e i differenti media. Se è infatti vero che la società è composta dai singoli individui, tuttavia nel momento in cui essa viene formata, diventa una entità indipendente dalle singole persone che ne fanno parte. Ogni individuo subisce il pensiero della società che solitamente va ad identificarsi con quello non della maggioranza , ma della classe dominante. La scuola e i diversi media insegnano al ragazzo a correre verso certi traguardi e a disprezzare gli altri.
I think that is right to teach to our children that every job has its own dignity as long as the worker is respected. The world mentality is the result of the mentality of the single persons and of the teaching that they transmitt to their own children.
RispondiEliminaObviously every parent would like to see his child realized and wealthy and that's why from the general acceptance that every job has its own dignity (even the simpler) we go toward the run to the paramount.
The main problem is that the parents would have the duty to help the child to realize his own dreams and not the dreams that the parents couldn't realize themself.
Anyway we cannot blame the child that, in order to mantain the binding of love with the parent, try to realize the dream of his parent.
The truth is that human kind has only one priority, more or less evident, or consciently persue: to be loved.
The ruth of every disconfort, low ph behaviours, failure and frustration is the very lack of love.
Every man can be happy to have what he has and to be what he only if he feel the Love and the acceptance form the person that he love.
This is the Essential "that is invisible to the eyes" and of witch it is dangerous to forget about.
The fact that the human being was born to love and to be loved seems evident to me, so it is certain that love constitute an essential part of a human life.
EliminaHowever I believe that a person can be happy in what he does, in his work, only if such activity allows him to make a good use of his own particular capacities and in a society where this activity is respected. The lack of one of these elements would inevitably generate a daily work frustration.
Also, when I spoke about the advices and the teaching I wasn't referring to those given by the parents (although they rapresent an important part) but to the education and the advices that everyone receive from the society through the school and the media. Infact, it is true that the society is composed of individual beings, but in the moment that it comes to be, it becomes an entity which is indipendent from every singole person that is part of it. Everyone suffer the society's thought which usually is the one of the ruling class and not of the majority. The school and the media teach to the teenagers to run towards certain goals and to look down on the others.
